Kansas Supreme Court Again Rejects School Funding Formula

Inadequate and inequitable. That, once again, is the Kansas Supreme Court’s assessment of the state’s school funding formula. Celia Llopis-Jepsen, from the Kansas News Service, looked through yesterday’s (MON) 88-page decision in the Gannon case and shared some early takeaways with Kansas News Service editor Amy Jeffries.
