Kobach says the115 names on his list of non-citizens who registered to vote in Kansas represent "just the tip of the iceberg."

Secretary of State Kris Kobach is advocating for legislation that would prohibit new Kansas voters from casting ballots in state or local elections if they have not provided documentary proof of U.S. citizenship. In defense of the proof-of-citizenship requirement, Kobach told lawmakers Tuesday that he has a list of 115 non-citizens who registered to vote in Kansas, or attempted to do so.  Andy Marso, of the Kansas News Service, has more.
