The herbicide dicamba is the subject of lawsuits in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas and Missouri. Harvest Public Media’s Erica Hunzinger reports that all of them will be consolidated in federal court in St. Louis.
Monsanto, which is based in St. Louis, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
