Lieutenant Governor Colyer Light on Details at Ag Industry Summit

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback is expected to leave office early for a diplomatic post, and appears to be passing the torch to Lieutenant Governor Jeff Colyer. But at an agriculture industry summit in Manhattan today (THUR), Colyer spoke only in generalities. From the Kansas News Service, Bryan Thompson reports.
