Westar and Great Plains to Try Again for Merger

Officials from Westar Energy and Great Plains Energy say they plan to put forth another merger plan that they say will address the concerns that led Kansas regulators to reject a previous deal the companies proposedin April. More from Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service.
