Planned Parenthood Law Won't Immediately Affect Kansas and Missouri

President Donald Trump signed a law yesterday (THUR) allowing states to cut off family-planning funding to organizations that provide abortions. But, as Dan Margolies reports, it won’t have an immediate effect on Planned Parenthood or its affiliates in Kansas and Missouri.
