Farmers throughout the Midwest have been waiting for federal approval to use an innovative new tool for keeping an eye on their fields and pastures: flying drones. Now, thanks to some recent rules updates, it will soon be a lot easier for farmers as well as filmmakers, real estate developers and others to fly a drone.
