Stay home! That's the word today (TUE) from Kansas Governor Sam Brownback, who's declared a state of emergency in more than 50 counties as a result of the massive winter storm. The eastern half of Kansas has been hit hard by a blizzard and earlier this (TUE) afternoon, the governor and other state officials held a news conference to address the situation.
