Kansas Democratic Governor Laura Kelly has pleaded with state lawmakers not to mess with the tax structure – at least not until it’s clear the state has enough money for schools, roads and healthcare.  The Legislature passed a tax relief package anyway. Will Kelly veto it?  And what about the pending school finance bill?  Kelly and the state Senate appear to be on the same page but the governor is taking issue with an education spending plan in the Kansas House.  Listen in to this edition of Statehouse Blend Kansas, with your host Jim McLean, of the Kansas News Service.
