On this edition of Conversations, Brandon McGuire, Assistant to the Lawrence City Manager and Porter Arneill, Interim Communications Manager, join me to talk about the Sales Tax Renewal Proposal and how it impacts the City of Lawrence. Three sales tax renewal questions will appear on the November General Election Ballot on November 7, 2017. The proposal calls for .2 percent for public transportation, .3 percent for infrastructure and equipment, and .05 percent for affordable housing.
