UPDATE: KS School Finance Lawsuit Arguments Presented

Stephen Conn)The Kansas Supreme Court has taken a controversial school finance case under advisement, after listening to arguments in the case for more than three hours. As Kansas Public Radio’s Bryan Thompson explains, the issue is whether cuts in state funding have caused the state to fall short of its constitutional duty to fund public education.
