Two patients who underwent cardiac procedures at Hays Medical Center in 2010 have now been diagnosed with a strain of hepatitis C. The strain is closely related to a cluster of cases in New Hampshire. As KPR's Bryan Thompson reports, officials suspect all of the cases are linked to a former healthcare worker. That man is accused of injecting himself with drugs, refilling the syringes, and then putting them back into supply cabinets.
