How much money should Kansas spend on public schools?  That issue is once again before the Kansas Supreme Court.  A lower court ordered the state to spend an additional $440 million a year but that order was appealed.  Now, the state’s highest court will decide.  As Kansas Public Radio's Bryan Thompson reports, attorneys for both sides spent more than three hours yesterday (TUE) making their arguments.
