Lawmakers have finished their work on the budget. After weeks of negotiations, legislators worked until the early hours of the morning (FRI) to finish the spending plan. As KPR’s Stephen Koranda reports, budget writers faced a daunting task. They had to balance the budget in the face of a 500 million dollar deficit.
