The race for governor and the battle over a U.S. Senate seat have been getting most of the attention in Kansas this election year. But other statewide offices are also up for grabs, including the office of attorney general. Republican Derek Schmidt is seeking his second term as attorney general. Democratic challenger A.J. Kotich (KOE-tich) is hoping to unseat him. KPR's J. Schafer spoke to both candidates and files this report.
