Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is urging lawmakers to finish the redistricting process. He says any more delays could trigger what he calls a “constitutional crisis.” Legislators will return to Topeka on Wednesday to start the wrap up session, with redistricting being one of the major issues unresolved.
