Republican Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas can usually be relied on to toe the GOP party line. But now Moran – perhaps inadvertently – has put himself into the middle of the Senate plan to repeal and replace Obamacare. And that has put him at odds with GOP leaders determined to get a new health care bill to President Trump’s desk. Jim McLean of the Kansas News Servicehas more.
