GOP Majority Leader Falls to Former Educator in Kansas Senate Race

State Senate District 34 in central Kansas was the scene of one of the biggest upsets in the Republican primaries last (TUE) night. Former Hutchinson Community College President Ed Berger defeated incumbent Senator Terry Bruce who has served in the Kansas Senate for 12 years and is currently the State Senate Majority Leader.
