New Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer got a do-over of the State of the State address – laying out his own agenda in a speech to a joint session of the Legislature Wednesday.  Statehouse reporter Stephen Koranda shares the highlights with KPR’s News Director J. Schafer. As Schafer points out, Colyer already unveiled an executive order on sexual harassment, and he announced that more orders are on the way.

KPR News Director J. Schafer spoke with statehouse reporter Stephen Koranda. The Kansas News Service is a collaboration covering health, education, and politics across the state.
