Get Ready for Dangerously Low Temps in KS

Kansans may need their snow shovels again this weekend, but the real concern is freezing temperatures. (Photo by J. Schafer) 

It will soon get so cold in Kansas that state officials are uring residents to stay inside and, unless absolutely necessary, not to travel. Sharon Watson is with the Division of Emergency Management.

Watson reminds Kansans to have a full tank of gas and keep a fully-charged cellphone handy. She also urged residents to stock-up on emergency supplies.
