Free State Festival Slated for June 25-29

Filmmakers, musicians, and artists from across the country will gather in Lawrence next week. The Free State FILM Festival has been going on for several years now. KPR's Kaye McIntyre had a chance to visit with Susan Tate and Ben Ahlvers (ALL-vers) of the Lawrence Arts Center about the Festival's new emphasis on music, art, and ideas as well as film.

You can find out more about Lawrence's Free State Festival on the next KPR Presents with Kaye McIntyre, 8:00 Sunday evening. For schedules and ticket prices, visit the Free State Festival website
