Consultant Urges Gov to Support Insurance Exchange

A nationally-known health insurance consultant had some advice for Governor Sam Brownback during an appearance in Topeka yesterday (TUE). That advice: stop fighting the federal health reform law and start implementing it in a way that makes sense for Kansas. We get more from Jim McLean of the KHI News Service.
