A federal agency says the Kansas Republican Party violated campaign finance laws in 2007 and 2008. The Federal Election Commission, or FEC ("eff ee see"), audited the Republican Party's records. The FEC released the final version of the audit this week. KPR's Stephen Koranda has more on the findings.
