AAA of Kansas is predicting nearly 4 million drivers will be on the region's roads during the holiday weekend.

If you're planning to drive over the Thanksgiving holiday, you'll have lots of company on the highway. AAA of Kansas is predicting nearly 4 million drivers will be on the roads in our region during the long holiday weekend. That's the highest number in nine years. AAA spokesman Jim Hanni says one reason is this year's lower gas prices.

Kansas has some of the least expensive gas in the country with an average of $1.94 a gallon.
