Conversations: Celka Straughn and Joey Orr, "knowledges" exhibit at Spencer Museum of Art

On this edition of Conversations, I talk with Celka Straughn, the Andrew W. Mellon Director of Public Practice, Education and Research, and Joey Orr, the Andrew W. Conversations: Jane Barnette and Alysha Griffin, KU Theatre's Production of "Sycorax"

On this edition of Conversations, Jane Barnette and Alysha Griffin join us to talk about KU Theatre's regional premiere of “Sycorax” on March 29. Barnette, who is an associate professor in the Department of Theatre & Dance is directing the production. Griffin, who plays the title role, is an actress and PhD student in Theatre.

Conversations: Carol Kobza, Executive Director of Van Go

On this edition of Conversations, Carol Kobza talks about the history, mission and programs of Van Go, an arts-based, social service agency that employs at-risk youth ages 14-24, to make public works of art that are sold in the community. Kobza is in her first year as the new Executive Director of the organization.
