Abortion is a perennial battle in the Kansas Statehouse. But this year, the question may turn up on your ballot in August. Kansas voters would be asked to decide whether women have a fundamental right to an abortion. That could affect thousands of women from Kansas and neighboring states who get abortions here each year. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service explains.
