Down Ballot Elections Will Decide Balance of Power in Kansas Legislature

Competitive races for Kansas governor and for Congress have received a lot of attention. But dozens of down-ballot contests may be just as important to the direction of the state. Because, as Jim McLean with the Kansas News Service explains, they’ll decide who controls the Legislature.
