President Trump has disbanded the voter fraud commission led by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. But Kobach is still expected to defend the Kansas requirement that voters provide documentary proof of citizenship in court in March. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service has more.
