Brownback to Deliver Final State of the State Address

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback says he will deliver the State of the State address next week. As Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, Tuesday's announcement ends speculation – at least for now -- that he would step down ahead of a U.S. Senate vote to confirm him for a post in the Trump administration.
