New Fiscal Forecast Boosts Kansas Projected Tax Collections

The recent repeal of Governor Sam Brownback’s tax cuts has improved the budget outlook in Kansas. But as Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, plenty of financial challenges remain.
