Opponents of a bill to rollback recent changes in Kansas gun laws say they have the Second Amendment on their side. But supporters of the rollback point to U.S. Supreme Court rulings that say otherwise. A Senate committee will hold hearings later today (THUR) on a bill to allow universities and some other public buildings to continue to ban guns. More from Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service.
