Former Republican House Speaker Doug Mays says the legislators also need to get back to their regular jobs and farms. He told WIBW radio that there could still be days left in the session since lawmakers still appear to be at a disagreement, though that's not a sure thing.
Legislative leaders hope to wrap up the session this weekend.
