Rural Kansas Emergency Medical Services Struggle for Resources to Combat Pandemic

Emergency medical workers are already stretched thin in rural western Kansas. Some of them spend hours transferring patients to hospitals in larger cities. As more cases of COVID-19 show up in rural Kansas, it’s making the situation even more complicated. Corinne Boyer of the Kansas News Service reports from Garden City.
