Strong and consistent winds blow through much of Kansas. Energy developers from all over the world have cashed in. In the past decade, wind farm developments popped in every corner of the state. The rate of growth is only accelerating. Most projects have gone through easily. But opposition in Reno County to a new crop of wind turbines has the industry wondering if the pace of development might slow. Brian Grimmett of the Kansas News Service reports from Hutchinson.
