Fiber-Optic Network on Track for Finney County

Finney County in southwest Kansas is making plans for a fiber-optic network to link county offices. The endeavor could also bring better broadband service to one corner of rural Kansas. For the Kansas News Service, Corinne Boyer reports from Garden City.
