Kansas Senator Jerry Moran is among a group of Republicans criticizing President Donald Trump’s emergency declaration regarding the U.S. border with Mexico. That’s leading to speculation that  Moran might support a House-passed resolution to block the president from using defense money to pay for a border wall.  More from Jim McLean, of the Kansas News Service.

Kansas Democratic Congresswoman Sharice Davids voted with the majority last (TUE) night to block President Donald Trump’s national emergency declaration. The remainder of the state’s delegation – Republicans Steve Watkins, Roger Marshall and Ron Estes – voted against the measure, which passed 245-182.
