Officials in Kansas City, Missouri were surprised to learn yesterday (THUR) that not all airlines flying in and out of Kansas City International Airport are on board with the updated price tag for a new terminal. As Lisa Rodriguez reports for the Kansas News Service, some smaller carriers worry it could force them out.
