Class-Action Lawsuit Addresses Foster Care Placement Problems

A lawsuit was filed today (FRI) against the Kansas governor and three state agencies. It alleges that the state violates foster children’s civil rights by moving them too often and failing to provide mental health screenings. From the Kansas News Service, Madeline Fox reports.
