Watkins Calls for Means-Testing Social Security Benefits

Republican congressional candidate Steve Watkins is calling for means testing Social Security. As Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, Watkins is locked in a tight race with Democrat Paul Davis in Kansas’s 2nd Congressional District.
