Kobach Wants Federal Judge to Consider Supreme Court Ruling in ACLU Lawsuit

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach wants a federal judge to review a new US Supreme Court ruling. He's hoping the court will conclude that Kansas can require voters to provide documents proving they’re citizens when they register. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service has more.
