Preliminary Hearing in Wichita in Fatal Case of “Swatting”

The man thought responsible for the "swatting" call that led to a fatal police shooting in Wichita was in Sedgwick County Court today (TUE).  As Stephan Bisaha reports for the Kansas News Service, the officer who fired the fatal shot testified during the preliminary hearing.
