A new scorecard says Kansas ranks below the national average in health security preparedness.

When it comes to the state's ability to prepare and respond to health-related emergencies, Kansas is not doing well.  Once again, the state scored below the national average in something called the National Health Security Preparedness Index.  From the Kansas News Service, Brian Grimmett reports.
