Kansas Senator Jerry Moran says he has reservations about ‘repeal and replace’ healthcare legislation Senate Republicans are working out behind closed doors. As Frank Morris reports, Moran’s assurances didn’t satisfy many at a raucous town hall meeting in Lenexa Monday.
