It's Severe Weather Awareness Week in Kansas, and today's focus is on flooding and flood warnings. Jillian Rodrigue (ROAD-rig) is with Douglas County Emergency Management. She says one of the biggest challenges communities face during such events is when people drive on roadways covered by floodwaters.
