If you own a Model T... or a horse and buggy... or if you simply have clothing that makes you look like you belong in the year 1919, you have a chance to be a movie star. Or, at least a movie extra. On Sunday, filmmakers will descend on the small town of Rossville, Kansas to shoot scenes for an upcoming documentary on town team baseball in Kansas during the turn of the last century. KPR's J. Schafer spoke with Kansas City filmmaker Mark Honer to learn how he got interested in pursuing this project.

That's Kansas City filmmaker Mark Honer, speaking with KPR's J. Schafer, about the upcoming documentary "Town Teams: Bigger Than Baseball." Producers will be shooting scenes for the film this Sunday in Rossville, Kansas. If you'd like to be an extra in the movie, show up at 11 a.m. Sunday in period dress at Joe Campbell Stadium in Rossville. To learn more about the project, contact Mark Honer at DHTV Digital: (913) 262-7800 or via email at markh@dhtvdigital.com.
