A winter storm moving into Kansas will bring about a half foot of snow or more to eastern Kansas. Audra Hennecke (HEN-ih-kee), with the National Weather Service in Topeka, says the heaviest snowfall will come between 4 o'clock tomorrow (TUE) morning and 6 o'clock tomorrow (TUE) night.

Hennecke says parts of eastern Kansas may even get more than 10 inches of snow.  A Winter Storm Warning takes effect at midnight tonight (TUE) and lasts until 6 am Wednesday.

Check out this video briefing of the snow situation.
