The Kansas City Board of Trade has been operating for more than 150 years, but in October, it was acquired by Chicago-based C-M-E. So, today (FRI)… the last call will be made on the Kansas City trading floor. On Monday, the operations will move to Chicago. Harvest Public Media’s Laura Spencer takes this look back at the long history of the Kansas City Board of Trade – and the end of an era.
