She's a soldier, a student and now... a statewide celebrity.  Earlier this month, Theresa Vail, of Leavenworth, was crowned Miss Kansas.  The 22-year-old senior at Kansas State University stopped by the KPR studios this week to talk about her goal of inspiring women to succeed in male-dominated professions.

Theresa Vail, of Leavenworth, is the new Miss Kansas.  This fall, she'll compete in the Miss America contest.  The national pageant airs on ABC television on September 15th.
