Officials say a third inmate who walked away from Lansing Correctional Facility has been apprehended, hours after the other two surrendered in Missouri. The Kansas Department of Corrections says 57-year-old Randy Ridens Sr. was taken into custody at 10:22 p.m. Friday as he was entering Topeka. Earlier yesterday (FRI), Allen Hurst and Scott Gilbert were taken into custody after being holed up for several hours in a farm house in Edgerton, Missouri. Their stand-off began after shots were fired at officers trying to pull over a stolen car.
