Washburn University in Topeka is hosting the meeting. Washburn political science professor Bob Beatty says participants will examine the differences between election results in the nation as a whole, and results in Kansas...where conservative candidates took control of the Legislature.
Beatty says that following the political discussion, the analysts will also take questions from the audience. The event is free, and it will be held at the Washburn law school building at 5:30 tomorrow (THUR).
Web only: The event is scheduled for Thursday from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. in room 102 of the law school building on the Washburn campus.
